Job summary

The Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) seeks a part-time Program Administrator to support the Power and AI Initiative Industry Affiliate Program (PAI) and other activities.

Serves as the lead contact for program members, prospective members, leadership, and stakeholders. Under the direction of the Program Manager for Industry Research and the PAI leadership, the Administrator will oversee communications, event planning and implementation, and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in program administration, project management or event management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and support program events and activities with alignment to requirements.
• Maintain partnership agreements, monitor donations and invoicing, and coordinate sponsorships.
• Coordinate membership contracts with external and internal partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and renewals in collaboration with leadership and central offices.
• Develop budgets, process financial transactions, and support activity reporting.
• Schedule and organize program activities including meetings and conferences.
