Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Production Operator in Jersey Shore, PA. This onsite role requires working less than 20 hours per week and offers a base pay of $20.65 per hour with a $1 per hour differential for Nights.

No relocation assistance is provided. The position exists within the Operations department and involves following a production playbook, molding and trimming products, and ensuring quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or current high school senior
• Must be 18 years of age at hire
• No minimum experience required; manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform duties to mold and trim products to specifications
• Operate molding/trim presses and support equipment per site instructions
• Process products through washing, drying, and other treatments as required
• Set up scales for weighing and packing finished products and label cartons
• Maintain documentation for product traceability
• Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and organized
• Promote and support a lean work environment
• Report any conditions that may affect production or quality
