Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Jersey Shore, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on process and ancillary equipment within the Compounding department, and assist at Molding and HVP process areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial maintenance.
• Machine shop experience a plus.
• Understanding of cGMPs and SOPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance, line clears, and die changes on all trim presses.
• Perform simple Machinist Duties as needed.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to equipment based on priorities.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs and installation.
• Complete repairs of process and support equipment.
• Provide guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret manuals and workorders to diagnose problems.
