Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a production operator to mold and trim products on a night shift within our manufacturing cell in Puerto Rico. You will work in a team, following a playbook to ensure quality and quantity targets are met.

Responsibilities include operating mold and trim presses, maintaining equipment, documenting production activities, and supporting Lean and GMP practices. Benefits start on day one with paid time off and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use SAP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding/trim presses to specification.
• Ensure equipment setup and product flow.
• Maintain documentation for traceability.
• Support Lean initiatives and safety rules.
