Lithia & Driveway Subaru of South Hills in McMurray, PA is hiring a Product Specialist to engage customers with polished, professional demos and detailed knowledge of vehicle features. The role supports the sales team in coordinating deliveries, showroom displays, and customer education.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction, with a valid driver's license and a professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Assist sales staff with vehicle delivery coordination to/from prep department.
• Ensure all models are displayed on showroom floor as directed by Sales Management.
• Deliver detailed customer education and vehicle feature demonstrations.
• Verify pre-delivery checklist completion for each vehicle.
• Personalize delivery by understanding customer priorities and knowledge.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies to improve customer comfort and retention.
• Follow up with customers within 1–2 weeks after delivery to address questions or conduct additional feature walkthroughs.
• Resolve customer inquiries about vehicle technology issues.
• Direct customers to additional information resources as needed.
• Lead owner clinics (e.g., new owner clinics, infotainment workshops).
• Train team members on key vehicle technologies and how to explain them to customers.
• Assist Sales Department with vehicle tracking.

Pay: $13/hr + performance bonus

Schedule: 20-25 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Assists salespeople with moving vehicle schedule for delivery to and from prep department.
• Ensures all models are displayed on showroom floor as directed by Sales Management.
• Effectively and Efficiently Performs Detailed Customer Education and Delivery on all models
• Ensures that vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery for every customer experience
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention
• Follows up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
• Directs customers to additional information resources
• Conducts owner clinics on a consistent basis (e.g., new owner clinics, franchise infotainment how-to workshop)
• Efficiently and Effectively Trains Team Members on Key Vehicle Technologies
• Trains the sales and service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer
• Effectively Assists Sales Department in Vehicle Tracking
