L0326 Driveway Subaru of Moon Township in Moon Township, PA is seeking Product Specialists to deliver a polished customer experience and support the sales team. You will help ensure smooth vehicle deliveries, demonstrate features, and tailor the delivery to each customer.

The role emphasizes training teammates on key vehicle technologies, post-delivery follow-ups, and maintaining showroom readiness. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with a full benefits package.

• Assist sales team with vehicle delivery scheduling and showroom display.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and technologies to customers.
• Personalize vehicle deliveries based on customer priorities.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to address questions or offer second delivery if needed.
• Train staff on key technologies and how to demonstrate them.
• Support vehicle tracking and overall sales process.

Product Specialists are responsible for maintaining good customer relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction. We are looking to grow our next All-Star!

What You’ll Do

• Assists salespeople with moving vehicle schedule for delivery to and from prep department.
• Ensures all models are displayed on showroom floor as directed by Sales Management.
• Effectively and Efficiently Performs Detailed Customer Education and Delivery on all models
• Ensures that vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery for every customer experience
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention
• Follows up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
• Directs customers to additional information resources
• Conducts owner clinics on a consistent basis (e.g., new owner clinics, franchise infotainment how-to workshop)
• Efficiently and Effectively Trains Team Members on Key Vehicle Technologies
• Trains the sales and service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer
• Effectively Assists Sales Department in Vehicle Tracking
