ARC’TERYX is seeking a part-time brand ambassador to deliver a best-in-class guest experience on the retail floor in Lynnfield, MA. You will share technical product knowledge, assist customers with product recommendations, and support with various store tasks while working up to 25 hours per week.

The role requires flexibility for peak shopping periods, with a pay range of USD $20.80–$23.10 per hour, and eligibility for a bonus plan based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Provide best-in-class brand experience with product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build a strong understanding of Arc’teryx products and weave this into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Be flexible and adaptable, available for peak shopping periods including Black Friday and the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and problem solving.
• Develop product knowledge and weave it naturally into guest conversations.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
• Process guest transactions using the POS, including warranties and Used Gear trade-ins.
• Answer store phones and respond to voicemails/emails, including social channels when needed.
• Maintain collaboration with the team and store leadership; assist with various tasks as assigned.
• Handle inventory receipt and box unpacking when required.
