Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Develop in-depth product understanding and weave it into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop personal passions with team support.
• Support store leadership on brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
• Provide merchandising feedback to improve in-store presentation and sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones, voicemails, emails, and monitor Epicenter social channels when needed.
• Process transactions accurately in POS, including warranties and trades.
• Receive and unpack inventory boxes (5–30 lbs).
