Job summary

lululemon in New York is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and share product education across the store floor. You will engage with guests, understand needs, and guide purchases while contributing to a supportive, inclusive team.

You’ll perform restocking, maintain the luxury environment, and use in-store tech to support operations. The role requires flexible availability, the ability to move around the floor, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address concerns.
