Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Minnesota is hiring for a part-time role focused on in-store food and beverage sampling. You will connect with shoppers, present new products, and drive sales through friendly interactions.

The position requires a willingness to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and avail 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Willing to help prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with action orientation and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
