Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling in our Bel Air, MD location. You will greet shoppers, introduce them to products, and create a positive, energetic shopping experience.

No experience is required—training and team support are provided. You can expect 2-3 shifts weekly (including weekends), with the possibility of additional hours and customizable benefits to fit your needs.

Qualifications

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
