Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic team members to help shoppers discover new products through in-store food and beverage sampling.

You will engage customers, support store goals, and develop sales skills while working 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends. We offer competitive wages at $17.50 per hour, flexible hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

• Engage customers through in-store food and beverage sampling to drive sales.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
