Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to shape shopping experiences and connect people with products that enrich their lives. In this role, you’ll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling and represent our brands with enthusiasm.

You’ll work 2-3 shifts per week (including weekends) at our Michigan Cadillac location, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the company. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team-building skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
