Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking helpers to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling in a retail environment. This entry-level role offers paid training, flexible shifts, and the chance to grow within a network serving many brands and retailers.

You’ll interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, handle light lifting, and work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends. We provide benefits and room for advancement within the company.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
