Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a part-time team member to help drive sales through in-store food and beverage sampling. You will engage customers, explain products, and provide outstanding service while working 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, and you can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods as you help guests discover new products and experiences. Benefits may be customized to fit needs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
