Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an entry-level associate in New York to help shape the future of shopping experiences and connect customers with products and services that enrich their lives.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The role offers $17.50 per hour, 2–3 shifts per week (including weekends), and customizable benefits to meet your family's needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
