Advantage Solutions in Orland Park, IL is seeking personable staff to drive sales through live events and in-store sampling. You will engage customers, explain brands, and deliver memorable experiences in local shopping environments.

The role offers flexible shifts (2-3 per week, including weekends), on-the-ground training, and opportunities for growth. A safety-first mindset and reliable transportation are important assets for success in this position.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are ?18? years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
