Advantage Solutions in Chicago is hiring to drive in-store experiences, engaging shoppers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in retail locations.

You will interact with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, support team members, and help ensure a positive shopping experience across our network of brands. No prior experience required as training is provided, and flexible weekend shifts are available.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are ?18? years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
