Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to help shape shopping experiences through food and beverage sampling. You will engage shoppers, introduce products, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires 2–3 shifts per week (weekends possible), lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for several hours. Training provided; benefits and growth opportunities available.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
