Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to help shape the shopping experience by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. In this part-time role, you will connect shoppers with new products and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; we offer flexible 2–3 shifts per week, with weekend availability and benefits customization to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor with customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand up to 6 hours.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently and in a team with safety-first mindset.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
