Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic associate in New Jersey to assist customers and support store operations. This entry-level role offers training, no prior experience required, and rounds of shifts including weekends.

You will engage customers, help with purchases, and keep the area tidy while supporting team members in daily tasks and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and purchases in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
• Operate the cash register and handle basic transactions.
• Support team with stocking and merchandising tasks.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
