Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. You will stock produce, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities include processing and packaging produce, unloading stock, reloading salvaged items, and performing floral clerk duties when assigned. Must be capable of standing long hours and reading/understanding basic English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Process, package, and stock Produce items according to standards; clean work areas.
• Provide customer service; unload stock and reload salvaged items.
• Perform duties of floral clerk when assigned.
