Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers and exceed expectations. You will stock, package, and process produce, assist with floral clerk duties when assigned, and maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic math, English reading/writing, and the ability to work with a team. Training and schedule flexibility are provided to support a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Ability to add and subtract US currency and weight measurements.
• Must be at least 16 years old and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfy customer needs.
• Process, package and stock produce according to standards.
• Clean work areas and unload/reload stock, assist floral clerk when needed.
• Work with associates to create an exceptional in-store experience.
