Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time team member to process, package, stock, and maintain floral products while upholding quality standards. The role includes cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage, with additional duties as a produce clerk when assigned.

You must be able to read, write and communicate in English, complete required trainings, and work with the team to boost customer satisfaction and sales. Must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Willingness to complete required training and contribute to sales.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, stock, and maintain floral products to standard.
• Clean work areas and unload stock; reload salvage as needed.
• Provide customer service and assist as needed, including duties of produce clerk.
