Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain produce quality. You will stock, package, and price items, assist with floral duties when required, and help the team keep shelves clean and organized. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a cool environment.

The role requires basic math, English reading/writing ability, and a willingness to train with the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Basic arithmetic for handling money and weights.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by meeting needs and exceeding expectations.
• Process/pack produce, stock shelves, and clean work areas to Produce Standards.
• Assist unloading stock and reloading salvage; perform floral clerk duties when needed.
