Base pay range

$13.85/hr - $13.85/hr

This is a part-time position. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Taking excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations.
2. Processing, packaging, and stocking produce products according to standards.
3. Cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.
4. Performing duties of floral clerk when assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED, or related experience/training.
• Ability to read, write, and present information effectively in English.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers using money and weights.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
• Completion of company training including orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform related physical activities.
