North County Surgicenter, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a PRN Registrar to support patient admissions at our ambulatory surgery center in Palm Beach County. You will verify demographics, insurance information, and coordinate the patient intake process with a courteous, efficient approach.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient information, collecting co-payments, handling charts, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of experience in a medical office setting highly preferred. (i.e. ambulatory surgery center, hospital, doctors office)
• BLS may be required as per facility standard

Responsabilités

• Facilitate patient admissions: review information with patient, complete forms, copy insurance and photo ID
• Collect and document all co-payment and deductibles at time of service, issue receipts
• Perform routine clerical and administrative functions
• Prepare, collect and deliver patient charts and pull previous medical records
• Manage reception area and greet patients and family in a professional manner
