Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions, LLC at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is seeking a Patient Access representative for a Monday–Friday shift 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. You will handle scheduling, registration, pre-admission and admission while ensuring complete patient demographics and compliant liability collection at the point of service.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting consent forms, scanning PHI, and scheduling procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
• Some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full registration at date of service, explain and secure hospital forms, and scan Protected Health Information.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and perform compliant collection techniques; handle cash reconciliation and secure payment entries.
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility, obtain authorizations, and support post-discharge coordination as needed.
