Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office (ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or doctor's office).
• BLS may be required as per facility standard.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate patient admissions: review information, complete forms, copy insurance cards and IDs
• Document co-pay and deductible collection at time of service
• Perform routine clerical and administrative functions
• Prepare and deliver patient charts; pull records
• Perform insurance verification
• Manage the reception area and greet patients professionally
