Qualifications

• Prior restaurant, fine dining, or private club experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Working knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails; willingness to learn required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, flawless, and friendly service in alignment with Valley’s Steps of Service.
• Greet all members and guests promptly with professionalism and warmth; build relationships for repeat visits.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Monitor pacing and ticket times to ensure timely delivery of items.
• Present menu items and daily specials with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs—refilling drinks, clearing plates, and replenishing items as needed.
• Follow proper service techniques for tray, table, and cocktail service.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of workstation and service areas.
