We are seeking a friendly, service‑minded team member to greet guests, seat parties, support servers, and contribute to a hospitality experience that members remember.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Great upbeat attitude and passion for service.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Flexible schedule and availability for holidays/weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and reach during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests in a friendly, accommodating manner.
• Assists runners/servers with setting up tables per reservations.
• Prepares specials and updates menu as needed.
• Sets bridge tables and service areas per reservations.
• Maintains beverage service and stays stocked during shifts.
• Answers phones for reservations and transfers calls as needed.
• Supports staff with breaking down or resetting as needed.
