Job summary

Bechtel’s Manufacturing & Technology (M&T) Business Unit is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Administrator to serve as the functional and technical authority for scheduling systems across projects in Houston, TX. The role ensures reliability, data integrity, and security while providing training and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8–14 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 administration and configuration.
• Strong CPM, scheduling, and Project Controls understanding.
• Experience with DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessment and schedule health metrics.
• Experience with Acumen Fuse or equivalent schedule analytics tools.
• Experience with SQL, data governance, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Administer Primavera P6 environments, calendars, codes, and security profiles.
• Configure P6 to meet project and client requirements.
• Maintain scheduling standards, templates, and data governance.
• Perform DCMA 14-Point schedule health reviews and quality audits.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate software upgrades and interface with related systems.
• Serve as primary P6 support contact for project controls teams.
