Job summary

Go Fractional seeks a Project Scheduler for part-time remote work. You will initiate the project baseline schedule with Primavera P6 and maintain it with progress updates and participation in weekly project meetings.

Responsibilities include building cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, integrating design, procurement, and execution activities, and preparing weekly and monthly updates for the customer. US citizenship is required.

Project Scheduler (Part-Time/Remote)

Work Location: Remote

The Project Scheduler will initially support development of the project's design baseline schedule, followed by ongoing schedule maintenance, status updates, and participation in weekly project meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish the project baseline schedule using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Build schedule logic, sequencing, durations, milestones, and critical path.
• Incorporate design/engineering, procurement, and project execution activities into the schedule.
• Maintain and status the schedule based on project progress and changes.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and incorporate agreed-upon updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates and reports for the customer.
• Support schedule analysis, forecasting, variance identification, and baseline changes as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on Primavera P6 experience, including building schedules from the ground up.
• Demonstrated experience with cost and resource loading.
• Experience scheduling engineering/design, EPC, construction, or complex technical projects.
• DOE, nuclear, federal, or other highly regulated project experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with project management and technical teams.
