Job summary

Bechtel’s Manufacturing & Technology (M&T) unit in Houston, TX seeks a Primavera P6 Administrator to manage scheduling systems across multiple projects. The role ensures reliability, data integrity, security, and adherence to standards while guiding project teams.

This part-time telework position may require three days of in-person work weekly at the office or project, with schedules determined in coordination with leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 administration and data management.
• Strong understanding of Project Controls, CPM, and scheduling standards.
• Experience with DCMA 14-Point Schedule and schedule quality metrics.
• Experience using Acumen Fuse or equivalent for schedule health.
• Knowledge of database concepts, security, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Primavera P6 environments, databases, calendars, and security profiles.
• Configure P6 applications to meet project requirements and client standards.
• Enforce scheduling templates, coding structures, and resource loading frameworks.
• Conduct schedule health reviews and document corrective actions.
• Manage project setup, enterprise data, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Provide training and guidance to project controls teams and planners.
• Integrate P6 with related systems and support interface requirements.
