Job summary

Garver is seeking a Primavera P6 Administrator to join our Enterprise Solutions Scheduling Services Team. This remote role focuses on developing, reviewing, and maintaining critical path schedules for multiple projects, ensuring accurate scheduling data and timely updates.

You will perform complex Primavera admin tasks, maintain EPPM databases, and support Power BI exports. Strong communication, mentoring, and ability to coordinate with IT and project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Primavera Admin experience.
• Expert user of Primavera P6.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop critical path schedules across multiple projects.
• Provide expert Primavera administration support and training to teams.
• Create exports for Power BI reporting.
• Coordinate with IT for software updates and licenses.
• Mentor junior schedulers and review project controls.
