Convive Brands' LPQ location in Westlake Village is hiring a Part-time Cook to help us serve guests with warmth and precision. You will prep and execute menu items, keep the kitchen clean, and assist with shift openings and closings while following LPQ standards.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Previous knife-handling experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Prep and execute all menu items, including those for seasonal and specials for dine-in and to-go by LPQ ticket standards.
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklists and assisting with dishes and equipment cleaning.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper par levels and using prep sheets.
• Conduct line checks for quality control.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and Kitchen Manager.
• Follow and complete Le Pain Quotidien cleaning and food safety checklists.
