The 5 Spot Sandfly is seeking a Prep Cook to join the Heart-of-House team of a fast-paced kitchen in a casual neighborhood restaurant with bar program in Savannah, GA. Qualifications

• Two years kitchen experience.
• Ability to stand 8 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow recipes.
• Available mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food products according to the Daily Prep List.
• Promote The 5 Spot culture and brand.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with tasks as needed.
• Follow prep instructions laid out by management.
• Support the actions and decisions of Management.
