Job summary

Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to support our Parker, TX location. You will prep ingredients, maintain kitchen organization, and uphold food quality and safety standards to keep service running smoothly.

This role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and a team-driven mindset. You’ll follow recipes and correct portion sizes, stay on your feet, and collaborate with Kitchen Managers to execute daily prep with consistency.

• Able to lift up to 20 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by following recipes, prep sheets, and spec standards
• Practice strong time management to complete prep efficiently and accurately
• Understand and execute correct portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation
• Label, date, and store all food items properly
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
• Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed to support BOH flow
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices consistently
• Communicate clearly with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates to support daily execution
