Job summary

Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to support our Parker location, working 20-25 hours weekly. The role focuses on preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and upholding food quality and safety standards to ensure smooth service.

The Prep Cook will follow recipes and prep sheets, manage portions, and communicate with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience following recipes and prep standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by following recipes and prep sheets.
• Manage time to complete prep efficiently.
• Ensure correct portion sizes, taste, and presentation.
• Label, date and store foods properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen during the shift.
• Wash dishes and sanitize surfaces as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices consistently.
• Communicate clearly with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates.
