Responsibilities

• Follow established recipes, procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications.
• Use and maintain all station equipment properly.
• Prepare, cook and plate food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Handle raw produce and meats per hygiene standards.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.
