7 Cedars Resort in Sequim, WA is seeking a detail-driven Prep Cook for a part-time opening. You will assist cooks by prepping ingredients, making salads, garnishes, and desserts, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety.

The team emphasizes fast service and quality results in a picturesque setting on the Olympic Peninsula. Experience in high-volume prep is preferred; strong organization, reliability, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this rewarding role with tip share and benefits

Qualifications

Experience in high volume food preparation preferred and knowledge of safe handling.
Follow verbal and written instructions with accuracy.
Strong interpersonal communication to interact with guests and team.

Responsibilities

Chop, dice, and cut meats, cheeses, vegetables, and fruits for salads and sandwiches.
Prepare dressings and cold sauces, kitchen prep items and buffet dishes.
Maintain food rotation and temperature controls, store and label foods.
Ensure quality and presentation of dishes and keep areas clean and organized.
Follow safety and sanitation rules and assist as needed.
