Job summary

Revere Public Schools seeks a part-time paraprofessional to support Garfield Elementary School's Pre-K Early Childhood program. Duties include assisting with daily activities and, given the children's young age, diapering and toileting as needed. The position is scheduled for 3 hours 55 minutes per day (19.5 hours per week) within an 185.5 day school year calendar, with hours from 8:00 a.m.

to 11:55 p.m. Starting date is immediate; candidates must meet one of the listed educational requirements

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Minimum 48 post-secondary credits required.
• Successful completion ParaPro Assessment (minimum score of 464).

Responsibilities

• Diapering and toileting may be part of daily responsibilities.
• Work the schedule: 3 hours 55 minutes per day (19.5 hours per week).
• Shift hours: 8:00 a.m. to 11:55 p.m.
