Responsibilities

• Assist the Pool Manager in daily operations, including staff scheduling and training.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and facility compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with pool supplies inventory and equipment management.
• Enforce pool rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare records related to pool usage, incidents, and maintenance.
• Support pool events and staff training initiatives.
