Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service for residents, following established policies to ensure quality and timely meals while upholding the dignity of each resident.

The position is part-time (3:30PM-7:30PM). Working with geriatric residents offers opportunities to contribute to high-quality food services, develop skills in dietary operations, and be part of Monarch’s mission-driven team across Minnesota facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department.
• Promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that respects resident preferences and preserves dignity.
