Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Service Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and staff in our Minnesota facility. Working under the Culinary Services Director and with the interdisciplinary team, you will help ensure therapeutic diets are followed and meals meet residents’ preferences.

You will support cost and quality controls, preserve personal dignity through food service, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be committed to working with geriatric residents.
• Must pass a background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and assist in meal preparation for residents, guests, and staff.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Services Director and team to meet therapeutic diet orders.
• Ensure service standards with cost, quality, and quantity controls.
