Monarch Healthcare Management invites applications for a part-time Culinary Services Aide. The role supports meal preparation and service for geriatric residents, working AM/PM shifts and ONC as needed.

Emphasis is on following established policies and maintaining high food service standards within Monarch's care facilities in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with seniors, understand DHS background guidelines, and contribute to a respectful dining experience that preserves

Description:

The Culinary Services Aide must assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes. Will follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provides meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.

Qualifications:

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.

• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
