Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer or patient facing role (helpful).
• Current license or certification in CA: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes following procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
