Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part‑time phlebotomy donor screener in Modesto, CA. The role focuses on donor screening, phlebotomy support, and exceptional customer service during scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You will work with a Plasma Center Manager, gain hands-on experience through paid training, and contribute to high-quality plasma collection. State licenses or certifications are required, with flexible scheduling to fit life commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
