Job summary

BioLife is offering a part-time Plasma Donor Screener role at our Onalaska center. You will greet donors, screen eligibility, perform phlebotomy support, and maintain accurate records during shifts.

This position requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to safety.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while focusing on customer care and safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center processes.
• Support center operations and participate in shift coverage including weekends and holidays.
