Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Onalaska, WI is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to collect plasma and screen donors. Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and a focus on reliability and patient service.

You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donation, and operate plasmapheresis equipment. Applicants should be able to lift and stand for shifts, and be flexible about evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
• Support center management in process improvements (5S, Kaizen).
